Basal Temperature Chart When Charting Basal Temperature, How Much Of A Spike Do You Need To Be Ovulating?

When charting basal temperature, how much of a spike do You need to be ovulating? - basal temperature chart

I was mapping my basal temperature for 3 months, but not to a significant increase in temperature, and I'm not pregnant. I'm curious what everyone else has done, as there was much of a rise in temperature.

It's really hard to say, but say another way, if you will ovulate when you have cervical mucus (lotiony milky white and flexible) to say that you are ovulating. You can also use the cervix, so high, soft, moist, because ovulation takes place. Hope this helps. Good luck

I being an uncle, but often during ovulation, basal temperature increases over 1 / 2 degrees Celsius - so much!
I hope that helps.
