How to get rid of I.B.S(Irritable bowel syndrom) and lose weight? - i.b.s more condition_symptoms
Now I'm on medication and probiotics eat almost everything, please help me to lose weight and get rid of my IBS, my intestines and stomach live my life a lot hell.I Pepsi Max and make low-fat milk, but eat once a day not addicted to drugs, but it does not work! I have a normal physical approach for the ladies!

There should be pills for IBS, which was used Mintec weight and eating and drinking, at least, to lose weight 1 liter of water a day, eat fruit and vegetables n Make sure your own eating 3 meals a day plus stay away from eating fruit and soft drinks and exercise, if it's just a walk around the block to begin with happiness
Try a raw vegan diet and I bet you'll see a big change in how you feel and how your body reacts when you eat strictly organic foods.
Firing milk and sugar in the diet does not help us!

IBS is not curable, but can be managed. For starters, ditch the Pepsi Max! Soft drinks are the worst thing to have something.
IBS will be in many forms. Some people suffer from diarrhea, constipation, some, some suffer from a combination of both. You should eat 3 meals a day at regular intervals, so you can better manage their condition.
Your doctor will have to be better able to advise you on what foods to avoid, depending on the nature of your IBS.
